We can confirm the current price of a specific unit, including the floor premium attached to it, and the nett price after any developer discount in force on the day you enquire. The published Kassia price chart carries the current range and availability by bedroom category, and the Kassia balance unit chart carries the unit-by-unit position.
Unit selection across 19 unit types. Kassia holds 276 homes in 19 unit types, from a 474 sqft 1 Bedroom to a 1,345 sqft 4 Bedroom, spread across seven bedroom configurations, and the price chart groups them by bedroom category rather than by type. Several types exist in very small numbers, and a single size range within one category can cover two genuinely different layouts, so shortlisting by bedroom count alone tends to miss the point. We can tell you which types are still open, which stacks and floors they sit on and how the plans actually differ, using the Kassia floor plans.
The specification differences that are easy to miss. The provision at Kassia is tiered rather than uniform, and the thresholds do not fall where the bedroom count suggests. Only the 3 Bedroom (With Yard) and 4 Bedroom types, 64 homes in all, receive a Yard, a Household Shelter, a separate WC, full-height kitchen cabinets and a separate washer and dryer, while every other type, including both plain 3 Bedroom plans, has a combined washer-dryer. The hob switches from induction to town gas at the plain 3 Bedroom. And in all four Study-bearing layouts the plans draw the Study as an open recess with no door and no partition symbol, rather than as an enclosed room. If any of those matter to you, ask us and we will confirm exactly what your shortlisted type gets.
